"I've been a State Farm customer for decades and would not change a thing. Our agents through the years have been there for us--during our house fire as well as a horrific car accident that nearly claimed our then-preschool-age son's life. Our current agent is Emily Beck, and her office has reached out to us appropriately and answered our questions whenever we have them. This summer, I reached out to Lauren Burge at Emily's agency with questions and information about homeowners insurance. While talking with her, she made suggestions on how to best help us save money on our car insurance, given our specifics. When I asked how my son would get his own policy since he was shopping for his first car, she outlined steps of what to do when. When it came to pass, she professionally addressed our family conference call to make it understandable for my son and to make it all happen timely. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there--and will continue to be!"
